The area includes three National Parks: Fiordland National Park, Mount Aspiring National Park and Westland National Park. Their uniqueness and beauty have been recognised worldwide in that they have been designated a World Heritage Area.
The area has a wide selection of different waters and offers superb brown and rainbow trout fishing .
We are based in Wanaka which is a resort town in the heart of the Southern lakes region. It is an ideal holiday base and is well placed for access to the West Coast, Mt Cook, Queenstown and Fiordland.

Wanaka lies on the shores of Lake Wanaka, New Zealand’s fourth largest lake, and is a gateway to the spectacular Mount Aspiring National Park.
The closest international airport is at Queenstown, a 50 minute drive along a scenic highway. There is also a daily flight into Wanaka from Christchurch.
